When I arrived 2 days ago I knew the outcome would be a tooth that needed to go, it been over a yr of me putting it off. With another infection on it I knew it needed to be done but I am so scared of dentist. These guys put me at ease, they gave me options but ultimately the tooth needed to go the surgical doctor who removed it can't remember his name but he was quick no mucking around no going back I'm so glad it's done! Thank you to all who crossed my path and made it seemless

Amazing customer service, for someone who has a phobia of dentists, they made me feel relaxed and important and seen me straight away. Follow up sessions have also been outstanding. Only dentist I've felt good going to.

Phenomenal!! The first time I went I was a nervous wreck and completely jaded from past experiences with people calling themselves dentists. The staff there really took this on board and figuratively held my hand through the first appointment without an iota of judgement. I've since been back several times and it has changed my mind about how horrifying dentist clinics can be. Every member of staff I have encountered there exudes their characteristic warm-hearted, people-centred focus. The surgical staff radiate calm and reassurance, while also being highly skilled - I have not experienced any pain and have healed without any issues. I never thought I would be in a position to regain my dental hygiene, but I'm so grateful to the beautiful people at Wallan Dental for their understanding and kindness.

I greatly appreciate Wallan Dental for achieving the result I had thought impossible. My grandson has his beautiful big smile back and he now has a chance at a much brighter future. Staff both front of house and also in the surgery area are always accommodating and super friendly. The patient comes first and the staff are gentle and speedy. All options are discussed and plans put in place to assist with structure of billing and approach to timing so that cost impact is lessened wherever possible with or without private insurance. Great people here. Our whole family has moved to area 6 years ago and dental care was a big tick box that needed filling. That tick was easily completed with this team.

What an amazing team and service at the Wallan Dental, starting with Leah, an absolutely amazing asset to the reception! Dr. Hira is a very skilled dentist. My family and I travel 30 minutes each way to get there, definitely recommend this place!

The team here are absolutely next level! From the moment you walk in and are greeted with smiling warm faces, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. My kids have been going here for a few years and they love going! They love the staff because they are so kind and caring towards them. I have recently started coming myself and I’m a very nervous person in the chair, they knew and did everything possible to help make me feel calm and comfortable. I want to thank each and every one at Wallan Dental as you all play a massive part in our experience here, thank you all so much! If anyone is looking for an amazing dentist, do yourself a favor and go here! You won’t be disappointed!!

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and welcoming. They were very professional and responded to all queries promptly. I had called the clinic for an appointment next day, however they were able to slot me in on the same day as I had a very painful tooth. The doctor attended to me and was able to perform the tooth extraction on the same day. I never hoped the service would be so fast and easy. Strongly recommend anyone who needs to see a dentist.
